With 2024 coming to an end, we would like to take this opportunity to share some exciting news with you!
2024 will have marked the arrival of the Nosokos software in Luxembourg with 2 new customers: Centre Hospitalier du Nord (CHDN) and Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch (CHEM), and one new customer in Switzerland: HOCH Health Ostschweiz.

Indeed, the first site, CHdN, has been using Nosokos since the initial training of the infection prevention and control team which took place in October 2024. More advanced modules are now being implemented and the project should expand shortly to include the Antibiokos software for the antimicrobial stewardship team.

Some time later, it was CHEM that confirmed its acquisition of the Nosokos software and we are just as eager as they are to finalize the implementation in the coming months in order to facilitate the daily lives of the teams and optimize the management of infectious risks.

In addition, we have just confirmed a first contract in Switzerland with HOCH Health Ostschweiz, the largest healthcare provider in eastern Switzerland, which includes the following hospitals : St.Gallen (KSSG), Altstätten, Grabs, Linth and Wil. Indeed, the results of the call for tenders have just been revealed and Nosokos stood out as the solution with the best quality score!
In July 2024, Nosotech announced that it had been selected as the exclusive supplier for the French public market in the European Project Resah-RaDAR, for the 3 software items (items 8, 9 and 10) of the offer of innovative solutions to combat antimicrobial resistance.

Since this announcement, Nosotech has been the first supplier of the 10 items to conclude a customer agreement via this market, with the Centre Hospitalier de Roubaix, where Nosokos is currently being implemented for early use in 2025!

In addition to the multiple module additions (notably the module for optimized outbreak management) for our existing customer base in Quebec (more than 75% of the province’s hospitals), Nosotech won a call for tenders launched by the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean (CIUSSS SLSJ) in fall 2024.
Indeed, the Nosokos software for infection prevention and control is currently being implemented and will be leveraging standardized data in real time coming from the Provincial Laboratory Information System (SILP), which has just been put into production in November 2024 at the CIUSSS SLSJ. We are pleased to be able to count the CIUSSS SLSJ among our new clients who will start using Nosokos in 2025!
To our valued customers and loyal partners, let’s take advantage of the respite offered by the holiday season to enjoy good times with our loved ones and fill up on energy to start off 2025 with determination and motivation in the exciting new projects we will carry out together!
