A few weeks ago, we met at Nosotech’s headquarters in the beautiful city of Rimouski (Quebec, Canada). Like every year, this biannual gathering allows us to hold strategic meetings attached to our ambitions and connected with our corporate values: : excellence, customer satisfaction, the desire to help and fun at work !

With important growth objectives for the coming years, Nosotech has reviewed its structure to welcome Ms. Hélène St-Pierre to the position of General Manager of the company.
A seasoned leader, Ms. St-Pierre brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational transformation and operational excellence. Before joining Nosotech in 2023, she held several key positions in large organizations, including Assistant Vice-Rector at Université Laval, Senior Director at Revenu Québec and Director of Human Resources/Team Leader for the BD Diagnostics manufacturing, research and development site. At Revenu Québec, she was at the heart of the thinking on the creation of the Organizational Agile Transformation Office with the management team, which gave her the mandate to implement it. Finally, she has also held management positions at Transcontinental, ADS and Bose Canada.
Ms. St-Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and has completed numerous executive training programs. Throughout her career, she has played a leading role in promoting a culture of collaboration and agility and creating high-performing teams motivated to understand and exceed customer expectations.
Following this change, Mr. Laurent Bellavance, who has held the position of General Manager for the past 10 years, continues to be a key player and is appointed Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Bellavance will be able to be more present in European markets where Nosotech has developed a large pool of new customer opportunities in recent years. He will also be able to devote more of his time to developing our business relationships with major and strategic partners.
We are convinced that these organizational changes will be beneficial in continuing to stay close to our customers and positioning the company and its solutions in these new strategic markets that will lead Nosotech to achieve its growth objectives!
